Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WeezEntertainment, we value your time and our team’s dedication to your project. To ensure fairness and clarity, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Deposits
- To secure a booking for event management or video production, a 50% upfront deposit is required.
- This deposit is non-refundable as it covers pre-production planning, administrative costs, and the reservation of our equipment and crew.
2. Rescheduling
- We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your shoot or event once at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- The original deposit will be credited toward your new date.
- Subsequent rescheduling requests or those made within 48 hours of the event may incur a rescheduling fee or require a new deposit.
3. Force Majeure
- If a shoot or event cannot take place due to an "Act of God" (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), your deposit remains protected. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative date at the earliest convenience.
4. Final Payments
- The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the shoot/event. Once the service has been rendered, these fees are non-refundable.
