Welcome to WeezEntertainment. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and professional production experience.

1. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quote is required to secure your booking date.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your shoot once at no extra cost, provided the request is made at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent changes or late requests may incur a rescheduling fee.

2. Intellectual Property & Privacy

  • Ownership: WeezEntertainment retains the copyright to all footage captured. However, we grant you a perpetual license to use the final delivered videos for your business and marketing needs.
  • Portfolio Right: As a premium agency, we reserve the right to feature clips of our work in our professional portfolio and social media.
  • Privacy First: We highly respect client privacy. If you require a video to be kept private or removed from our channels, we will honor such requests. Full copyright buyout is available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Filming Permits & Access

  • Responsibility: The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary filming permits for the location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Assistance: WeezEntertainment can manage the permit application process (e.g., DFTC permits) on your behalf. Please note that all government permit fees must be paid by the Client upfront and are not included in our standard service quotes.

4. Liability & Equipment

  • Our Commitment: We maintain our own equipment and professional liability.
  • Client Liability: If the Client, their guests, or their representatives are directly responsible for damage to our equipment during an event or shoot, the Client agrees to cover the necessary repair or replacement costs.

5. Force Majeure ("Acts of God")

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform duties due to "Acts of God" (e.g., extreme weather, government-mandated lockdowns, or other unforeseeable emergencies). In such cases, deposits will be credited toward a future booking date.

6. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising shall be settled exclusively by the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal (SCT), providing a fast and efficient resolution process for both parties.
